As Team Leader, Carlos has thorough knowledge of pigments and their intents through the ages. He is well versed in the church and its myriad messages. He understands that each art piece is a contributor to a story being told.

Re-creating and re-storing sacred messages, in sculpture, in murals, depends on a keen eye and a thorough understanding and empathy for religious principles.
